Forms processing

I am just wondering whether any of you know any SDK which will detect
corrections/scribbles in forms/Address column; For eg, change of
address using freehand. or some junk free hand text in a printed
document.

Hi,

The best way to do this would be to do zone OCR on that and look for
lots of reject characters or non-recognized blocks or low confidence
chars. Alternatively, send me a sample, and we could suggest solutions/
SDKs.
